How much can I expect from Paytm while being retained?
I am having around 7 years of work ex. and have been working with Paytm for around 3 years. Current in hand compensation is around 20 and am having an offer of around 45 LPA (incl variable in which ~40 is fixed). How much can I expect from Paytm while being retained? * I am rated in top category. (5 rater for Paytm). * Have high dependency. #paytm #retention
Paytm would be willing to pay you any amount for retention (given your dependency and performance), but do you really want to stay there? You might be on your vp's next firing list if you are too much "costly".
