How much compensation should I ask from Tekion Corp and Paytm Payments Bank.
Hi guys, I have salary discussion next week with both these companies, profile is SDE-2. I'm currently working as SDE-2 in a product based company (5 yr old). How much should I ask them, and what's your reviews about WLB in both these companies. My tech-stack is majorly frontend - React, JS, TS, Html, CSS #software #swe #engineering YOE - 2.5 TC - 15.5LPA
Paytm is not good either from WLB perspective. There is very high attrition rate across paytm. Work culture is crap too!
Tekion is shit when it comes to to WLB and culture, manager ask you to follow the sun model and according to them the sun model is, you have to go for night shift to support other timezone customers 😂, working on weekends too also don't forget national holidays. They even said company comes first, rest you can imagine.
Is Tekion wlb worse than Amazon?
Paytm you may expect base around 20- 25. Ask for esops. Do look for better companies if you have options.
Paytm is a chindi compay, would hardly give a competitive offer. You could easily get better offer than paytm.
Stay the fuck away from Tekion. No joke.
