How much intuit pay for SE-2 in India?
I recently interviewed for SE-2 role at intuit and I think I did well in the interviews. Want to know how much TC can I expect? My current TC : 35 Base + 6 (retention bonus which I will have to give back if I leave) + 6 ESOPs Total esops for 4 years : 35 lakhs out of which 6 will vest in August 2023 P.S I am not working at Oracle. How much TC can I expect from intuit? Can intuit pay 70-75 for SE-2? I found that Intuit pay very less on leetcode. Y.o.E= 3 years #engineering #software #swe #intuit Update: I got call from HR and they offered me even less than my current TC (28.5 + 11(RSU/yr) I want to know which companies I can target to get my expected TC? I know a few of them: Uber, Google, and Atlassian. But I have not received any call from them. Any other suggestions? I don't value ESOPs much so, I am not looking for TC having huge ESOPs I would appreciate a lot if someone could help me with a referral at google #uber #google #atlassian

yeah.. I got a call from HR and they offered me TC even lesser than my current TC. I had put so much time into their craft interview preparation.

Recently got an offer. 31 base and 60k dollars rsu split over 4 years.
would u be joining? I think amazon pays a lot compared to that. I have seen people with 3 y.o.e getting close to 65-70 in amazon
Not worth the struggle and mental exhaustion. The offer by intuit is at par to the TC i will have once i get promoted to L5.

I tried so hard for Uber. I applied to Uber job portal, reached out to recruiters on linkedin. Got referral from 2 employees but still no response. No one reached out to me :(
