How much refund should one expect from a realtor while buying a house?
Redin is giving around 0.3% But i have heard people getting back 1% or more in Seattle area. What is the norm in bay area? TC 300k
1% at least and push for 1.5%
1.5 % is norm if you get hold of a desi realtor who is not real.. you call the shots
