Hi , How should I negotiate a PM offer for a NASDAQ listed company with > 20000 employees. I have 10 YOE , out of which 3 years as Software engineer, 3 years as Tech Analyst/ Consultant, and 4 Years as PM. However, They have offered me an entry PM position. Compensation offered is more than what I had but the position is entry level. Recruiter keeps saying that this is our standard that less than 4 years of PM experience will fall at entry level. Currently I am Senior PM at Startup and I have 3-4 PMs reporting to me. I am not sure what should I do with offer. 1. Any suggestions what would be the long term implications if I accept the offer? 2. Any other suggestions views about how can I negotiate with Recruiter?
