Apparently Comcast caps the internet usage at 1024GB per month, which is not much for a family streaming on multiple devices and working from the home office. I know I should have read the fine print... What alternatives should I explore?
Business line
75/15 is $80 plus taxes. How much is it for Microsoft employees?
$80 plus taxes I’d guess. We don’t get a discount.
Wave, sonic, webpass. Cheaper, faster, no caps.
You can pay extra to remove the cap, that's what I do. But I think it's an extra $50 or so a month.
Which comes down to nearly 2K a year with taxes and fees on their non-promotional plan.
Can’t you deduct this from your taxes being home office and all?
Comcast is literally worse than Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda killed 3000 Americans once, but Comcast makes tens of millions wish they were dead every day. Nothing is worse than Comcast. Not even Hitler. Not even cancer. I wouldn’t wish Comcast on my worst enemy. Do not give them another dollar. Switch to literally any other provider.
Hooray for monopolies!
I don't like Comcast, but how is that a scam?
Because the advertised monthly price should state that it is for up to 1TB, and $10 for additional 50GB thereafter.
Check at&t fiber.
AT&T fiber! Gigabit speeds up/down, no data cap, $90/month. Stream everything you need piecemeal. Or torrent to your heart’s content.
Try CenturyLink
Yep, 100Mbps for $55/mo is great, but also comes with 1TB limit.
