Late 20s male, currently going about 4/5 times a week with gf, but want to push my limit to see how far I can go. Planning to go back to the gym after 6 months of slacking. Side note, found this pretty interesting reddit post about endurance training reduces testosterone, do you guys have similar experience? https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/54s6hd/studies_indicate_that_endurance_training_seems_to/ -------------------------------------------------------- Edit: thanks for those that posted helpful tips/responses, and didn't expect a bunch of salty folks either - but anyways, will be looking into supplements + foods on top of workouts. Thanks all!
Steps that you can take to see improvements 1. Ample amount of sleep. Take naps in spare time.. It boost your Testosterone levels and libido. 2. Try cold water shower, study suggest it boost your level of T 3. Try to reduce stress (not by smoking or drinking) and stretch your hands over head posture (like in movie Rocky) with deep breathing, it helps me get revitalized. With work, it has been a concern for all of us.. Looking to hear others suggestions too.
Take supplements i.e L Arganine or cetrulline with zinc
5-6x/day, try that.
Pretty sure this is a brag post. If anyone else in the thread is serious, please check out https://nutritionfacts.org/2017/05/16/foods-that-affect-testosterone-levels/
I don't see how my post is bragging, 4/5 times a week is normal for late 20s male is it not? and I am just curious if I can take it a step further since gf wanted more But thank you for the link, seems to contain some pretty interesting info
Girlfriend wanted more? Looks like you need to improve in areas other then your libido
Youâre too old and a loser for doing only with gf
at least im not doing it with two hands like you lmao
everyday when i was at your age. I am now over 40 and still 5 times a week. You should see your doctor.
Stfu u should see ur doctor I was doing twice as much as u
Get ginseng. Rock solid supplement
Base: Sleep + Good nutrition(eat more donât shy away from carbs) + resistance training + lots of sunlight exposure. Make sure you also do cardio and improve blood flow. You need both high testosterone and good blood flow for libido. You can also increase blood flow with supplements like L-Citrulline. Supplements(potent): Longjack(Will increase free and total T and libido) + Fadogia Agrestis(Will increase LH which is the precursor to T. Also increases load volume. can cause testicular toxicity so do your research) Supplements(mild): Tribulus, Maca root Learn how to manage stress. If you canât then use adaptogens like ashwagandha to reduce cortisol. Stress will severely impact libido. Finally, DO NOT TAKE SUPPLEMENTS TILL YOU GET THR BASE RIGHT.
Lift heavy weights, squat and deadlift are the best Eat a lot of animal protein and fat, like meat and eggs Get good sleep, at least 8 hours
Animal protein raises cholesterol and is a known risk for heart disease and erectile dysfunction. Please stop spreading misinformation - https://nutritionfacts.org/topics/erectile-dysfunction/
Splunk, Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone. And lifting heavy DOES increase your testosterone. I agree with NVIDIA
