What technologies/tools I should learn to get an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering role at a self-driving car company? I am currently an EE major at college with tons of software engineering experience (swe intern @ walmart)
Embedded systems knowledge
Tesla and Lucid aren't self driving car companies.. I can't really comment on those ones. For Waymo, Cruise, Argo, Aurora, et al - learning robotics can help. Learn lots of math, geometry, physics, etc. Machine learning and statistics is also very helpful. C++ obviously.
I guess auto industry as well is what I should have said as well. Besides making it more clear that I took a bunch of math/physics in my resume, any industry-based tools you recommend?
