China CYBERATTACK on UK ? WTF
If I move from salesforce to a contracting company, will the next good company say fang hesitate to hire me?
Salesforce directly to FAANG will be easier. Depending on the contractor, they may rule you out. There are definitely biases against people that come from a "body shop."
They won’t deny you an opportunity to interview, you only need relevant skills on your resume and you should be able to explain the hiring manager why you made your career move. If your attitude at the time of the interview is right you should be fine.
They can certainly be ruled out during resume screening, and not given the opportunity to interview.
Don’t agree with this, OP will be having Salesforce on their resume, they might have other relevant internships/experience. If they’re working on something relevant to the job description of the next company then they’ll still have a recruiter call them back.
