I have to do it in the next 3 days. The offer I made was 7 day, but they countered with 3 days. My agent says he can schedule inspectors, but it feels like not doing any inspection at all, since the agent does not probably bring inspectors who break the deal. The house is in pretty good shape based on disclosure that seller provided. Does anyone know a good and fast inspector?
