How to grow career?
I am 20 year experienced person with hearing disabilities... suffering significant discrimination by my manager at workplace where i have been 7 years now. I can design and program in extreme full stack capabilities from Mobile Apps in ReactNative, UI/UX tools, UX development with ReactJS and Angular, Java/J2EE/Spring Boot REST, NodeJS REST, Hyperledger Blockchain, Oracle Blockchain Cloud, Strong SQL on Oracle and SQL Server I am planning to come back into market to join company that treats employees fairly... any suggestions in San Francisco bay area.
I don’t know if you’re interested in a hardware company, but Intel treats employees very respectfully. The CEO is making a big push for valuing diversity of all types, including physical difference (hearing, sight), and we are even researching the development of assistive tools to help all ppl succeed.
