I find it super annoying that on Linkedin when I search for jobs, I can only pick from a certain list of locations or at the top I can input one specific location. I want to be able to click on every city for where I am looking. I have tried to see if I can mess with the URL to get the geoID of all the places I am looking for a job but it doesn't work. Anyone know how to get around this? #tech #linkedin

Not sure if I understand. I put in my state if I want to look at any city in the same state, considering many remote roles are still limited to same state. Or if I put in ‘cityname metro area’ for just a bit outside the major city.
I figured it out from this article https://medium.com/@luca.crema.98/how-to-add-extra-locations-to-your-job-search-in-linkedin-in-2021-9fdec732e0fa
Got it, that works. For anyone else reading, I think my suggestions could help too if you don’t want to hardcode cities. ✌️
