How to negotiate for a raise with L1

Is there a way to negotiate a raise working for outsourcing company with L1 VISA? What might be a leverage? Maybe tips or success stories? I tried to negotiate once but with no result. I've been working for around 2 years for an outsourcing company in bay area. I have 120k, with 2% increase each year. SWE. 8 years experience. My team is happy with me, my performance and how I do things. My GC is in progress but i'll have to wait around 1.5 more years. The company is paying for GC and probably understands that I won't want to leave before I get it. But I'm getting depressed and demotivated more and more when I'm thinking about money and that i'm wasting so much time.
