I can’t agree with you more. I always think how to obtain the excellent content producers,material benefits?reputation? Express desire?elegant virtual community to code? And so on. I think all above are important,but what I need to do is to creat the most or more tools/forms to fulfill their desire. I truly believe that sticking the best producer is the key point.
