How to pivot my career at Deloitte
I will be rolling off my current project and coming to bench coming week. I am a full stack dec and am interested to work on technical program manager roles. How do I start this conversation with my RM when looking for roles? I joined during the pandemic so I don’t have much of a network to ask around TIA

Do you have a People Leader or equivalent? Would bring it up with them first and rely on their support/network to start building up network to find roles. You can go down the RM route in parallel but that would be much much tougher imo to land your first gig
