Anyone on TV visa, making app and sell on apps store? I was told that, only if you're GC holder you can do that. Anyway to do it legally? thanks #TN Visa

If you physically do the work outside the US it’s not a problem. Otherwise look into self sponsoring a TN or L1 for the side gig.

Apply for your GC. If you're born in Canada or Mexico you well get it within a year. Problem solved.
Sell using your canadian address? Why is not that an option?
If the work is being done from within the US it's illegal. You're counseling on how to break the law without getting caught.
but at the same period, i also receive w2 from us. that would be a flag. i think
