Tried everything from taking a warm bath before bed, exercise and meditation everyday, no eletronic usage after 9pm, regular therapy, etc. Still found myself wide awake until 5am. Really disappointed at myself and worried about my health and productivity, especially with an important job interview coming up and a major stressor ongoing in my personal life that won’t end anytime soon. What else could I do?
If your body is tired it knows to rest. You don’t have to beat it to sleep... your biological clock is messed up may be. Just start getting up at 5:00am, do your regular thing. After 2 days you will start to feel sleepy by 10:30-11:00 Don’t sleep at 5:00am.

Being on here probably doesn't help with sleep.
Try herbal teas that help with sleep. One of my friends with similar issues drinks yogi stress relief and some chamomile teas. He says it helps.
Same here.... in my case, Xanax when I need to have a really good night of sleep.
