I have been working in Adobe for past 2.5 years on desktop applications with C++ legacy code. Now, I'm targeting Java-based backend/full-stack roles at FAANG, mid-size companies or even startups, but my profile isn't getting shortlisted. Really want to get into such roles. Considering courses for Java and Spring. Also have some ML/AI and Python exposure. Any advice? TC : 28 LPA #engineering #software #jobsearch
Why not apply to HFTs and get better earning opportunity
Current job hunt made me realise that such niche roles have limited opportunities, making it difficult to switch in future also. I always want to keep my options open. Otherwise only way would be to stick with one company and get promoted.
But isn't it the other way around, like very less people with experience in niche roles ? So you will always get better compensation and opportunity ?
