Hello everyone. Google has been my dream company for as long as I can remember. However, my background has only allowed me to really support Microsoft products. I am a Senior Systems Engineer consultant and my space is M365, Exchange, Teams, InTune. What would it take to make the transition to Google? I have several MS certs but no Google certs. 15 years of IT experience. TC $150k Also would love to get a referral if you think I'd be a good match. Interested in whatever role might align with my experience. Also, is there some link for more info on salary grades and bands? @google @openpositions @interview @referral
Google levels are pretty clearly spelled out on levels.fyi G referrals are not really role-based and more or less just let you skip the phone screen Very tough to get in but there is no reason not to try. Good luck
Google is not the top anymore, but prepare leetcoding and gain a lot of depth in your field and you’ve got a shot
Who do you think is the top?
Thank you!!! And yeah, I think Google is at the top right now. Lol
ur dream is nothing more then leetcode and a recruiter email away. lol
Lol is leetcode if I want to be a developer? I'm more interested in support engineering roles.
I don't know anything about developing
Leetcode and system design prep
Learn google workspace considering ur background. Good luck
I interviewed for a job at Sonos who uses Google Workspace. I withdrew because I got another offer. Should have pursued it.
Thanks everyone for chiming in to help me out. Going to go for getting certified with Google Workspace
