I'm talking about things like sharing metrics that aren't public or projects that are in the works but haven't been announced. I've worked at startups where everything was shared with no filter every all hands, but Disney is the extreme opposite, to the point where my team has to sign NDAs even for internal projects. Once we had to build out a website without knowing what the project was (we were given placeholder text and images) until it was revealed to the public. How is it at your company?
We fire people without resorting to PIP.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
We're pretty under wraps for national security reasons. Although sometimes there are projects behind internal NDAs (like the Disney one you posted about), and I question why
National security sounds like a valid reason. Disney is so frustrating sometimes when projects have codenames and the suspense is building for months and then you find out that it's something silly like accepting Apple Pay.
