How was the transition from your first job to your second job?
How did it compare to the transition from college to your first job? I’m moving from a lesser known company to a FANG. Any advice, especially from those who have been in the same boat in not starting out at one of these companies right out of college?

You will be useless for the first 3 months. Months 3-6 you are going to be more of a liability than help, but its expected for you to fail and make many mistakes. Around month 6 is when things start to click, and you finally get enough confidence and knowledge to be useful. This ramp up time is baked into the hiring plan, so do not be discouraged. Expect to fail. A good manager will teach you, instead of reprimanding.
It took me few weeks to get used to the company work culture....as long as you are open to it you will be fine Good luck
