How’s Gopuff WLB, job security and future outlook
I have got an offer from GoPuff and planning to join. Can people working in @gopuff or ex-employees help me answer 1) How’s the WLB at GoPuff for tech roles ? 2) Given the fast paced nature of job, do you get to take enough PTO ? @gopuff #gopuff #Uber #Instacart #Doordash
As someone who works at DD, I would not bet against DD. I think GoPuffs days are pretty numbered and the outlook is bleak on a 3-5 yr horizon
From my research, their revenue is growing and they would be profitable in a year or two. And IPO is in the pipeline once profitable.

What was your offer? Seems like they downgraded a bunch of people to 1/5 in order to lay them off, but then started to hire again? Sounds like Amazon to me? Is Gopuff turning into Amazon? Though it seems like they reward top performers (based on the blind posts)
We do yearly layoffs of “low performers”. Barely any promotions for top performers and lots of down ratings to make cuts
