How's Pinterest level compared with other companies?
Supposed I get level X at Pinterest, after 1-2 years can I get the same level at other tier 1 companies? Such as Fb, Airbnb, Uber or so. Google is definitely out if the scope of discussion. Thanks.

U should be able to get the same level X at fb, Airbnb, lyft, etc.
I’ve seen them uplevel every Google L5 to L6 recently, so I’d take levels.fyi and other mappings with a grain of salt.
That might also be because Google stalls promos for way too long, but aggressively hires at better levels.
