For Bay area, this will be under low-income. TC needs to be at least $200k.

If you look for new jobs just say your prior title was SWE. Branding matters. “Web developers” get paid less. Never materially misappropriate anything, but having a brand is important. Dropbox is a good company. You have a good opportunity to raise TC but you’ll need to switch companies.
