Meh.
There is definitely an exodus of talented engineers- our stock has done super poorly following IPO, and going through (another) reorg. We had all of platform/engineering/data/design VPs leave within the past year (okay, 3 of them were fired on the same day).
Perks are great, but management is pretty meh, and I feel like we are on a bit of a rudderless ship. Don't expect to have clarity on career growth, don't expect to be doing anything groundbreaking. It's a decent place to coast.
Personally, I'm bored, overworked, and tired of the thrash of management and looking to go elsewhere. The site is a glorified referrals engine, and I don't expect us to ever be anything else.

The compensation aligns and I’m going through the loop soon.
Bummer to hear this though.
Edit: how does the stock doing badly affect y’all?
Not great. Compensation team is under the impression that it will go to the moon any day now and refuse to face facts that it has reached a healthy value
