How's smartsheet engineering in Bellevue? Seems like they're doing well but there's a lot of competition. What offer can I expect? TC: 190 YOE 6

Got it +25% to my current TC. Comparable to Amazon offered but higher base. Amazon said their base is capped at 160k. Considering to choose them. They seem more interesting and better WLB, but that's just me.
I wish I could get an interview.
