It’s probably what you would expect from an ego centric desperate billionaire who lost in court. He’s made no formal announcement or introductions. Zero comms about what’s going on. Him and his Tesla goon squad of ML engineers with 2 to 5 years of experience are trying to question our senior engineers about how things work on the off chance they’d actually understand any of it. They’re evaluating engineering based on # of commits. They fired a Nick Caldwell while he was at his wife’s funeral. They’re forcing teams to deliver made up features with artificial deadlines and if they don’t deliver the whole team gets fired. It’s all bullshit. But it’s fine… I’m going to make this as costly for Elon as possible. Quiet quitting until severance comes. I won’t participate in his games.
Thanks for sharing. Hang in and take that severance. Elon’s actions make him look like a stupid person with no empathy and thoughtfulness in this scenario and context.

The game was fixed from beginning and Parag / Vijaya were as much party to it as Elon and Dorsey. We will only know who finally benefits from this calculated game of thrones…. The engineers are just the pawns here…
