good one. Very interested to hear about their unique interview structure. tC doesn’t seem as high but they have some interesting roles open that align with my skill set and interests, plus their public so the RSUs actually mean something.

Just had kick off. Lots of forced churns and shifts in upper leadership across the entire company org (literally). It’s becoming a sweatshop bc of new leaders from Amazon. I would tread carefully. Engineering team is pretty lean, so make sense that they’re busy doing work instead of being on blind
