I got an interview call for twitter 2.0 today. This is for senior ML engineer ads team. when I asked if the compensation will be like twitter 1.0, hr told that the compensation will depend on interview performance. I am on h1b visa. I am told that there will be 2 interviews before onsite. What do you guys think of the opportunity? my team is pretty chill currently at an established startup. NOTE: I decided to go ahead and give initial interviews. I interviewed Tesla few times but never got in. I will consider if the salary is worth it. I do realize that it's fair to expect higher salary than another company with better WLB. NOTE 2: Recruiter told me that they don't have a third party evaluation of what the stocks are worth currently. Twitter 1.0 did not have any debt on the books but twitter 2.0 has 13B debt. I am thinking debt would reduce the market cap. Can any twitter employee tell me if they are told what their stocks are worth now? #twitter TC:450K #elonmusk

Try to get the comp range before you waste your time on Twitter 2.0.
This! 450 TC and going into a completely obliterated company, run by an idiot.
Don’t even think

Don't .... especially when you are a H1B

Get offer and use it to negotiate with a company you'd actually want to join
Better: get an offer an use it to negotiate with Tesla and SpaceX 😂
If it's like Tesla now it's not even good for practice. They may give you some take home bullshit.
Elon is not gonna pay same as Twitter1.0 and benefits will be far less. Expect work 80 hrs
