What area do you live in? Hubspot has solid WLB and their stock is really strong.

Remote position. I live in SoCal so HCOL. Yeah, the WLB is a big draw and the assumption is the stock will continue rising.

Looks decent to me. How were the interviews? Is it Leetcode type?

I recommend Glassdoor for review. Not standard LC questions thankfully. Not sure how they compare to MS, I only have 1 friend at MS so super limited knowledge. Let me know if you end up wanting to interview and I'll refer and offer my takes on what starting there is like.

Thank you so much. I have an initial chat with a recruiter in the first week of January. I will let you know

I got HubSpot offer recently and slightly higher in base/rsu/sign-on after ALOT negotiations. so I think you have some room to negotiate.

Interesting. Thanks for that. This offer was already after a lot of negotiating.

I also have a higher base/rsu/signon but that was after negotiating and getting the bump to senior 2

Would you mind sharing what your comp looks like for senior 2?

Also kind of curious what the new Senior 2 offers are looking like these days =D

Pretty standard from HubSpot for Senior 1. HubSpot is very culture centric, great WLB - less than 40 hours per week, and has an actual defined career growth path.
