I recently got hubspot full time offer . Occasionally I do some Web dev work for a real estate as a side gig as a 1099 . I’m happy to give this up if it violates hubspot policy but couldn’t see anything that indicated that I do need to. Can anyone from Hubs clarify ? It helps cover grocery at best but if it’s non issue then don’t mind extra cash.
Dont ask dont tell I have 4 jobs Do whats best for you
4 jobs ? Lmao can’t be serious
Says the tool whos narcing himself out to hr
Dont say anything. They won’t know unless you tell them.
I am curious about official policy , why hide if there is nothing preventing
It's fine, I wouldn't bring it up.
Don’t ask, don’t tell. I would be very careful tho and put in a lot of effort in your first year. Based on my observation, a lot of new hires don’t last a year. The management is pretty aggressive managing out low performers.
Can you explain this?
Imagine Amazon but everything painted orange and everyone is a bit nicer and work remote.
Ask the recruiter
I don’t want to seem like someone who’s not taking offer seriously and loose it so I rather ask hubspot OGs
