Hulu data scientist offer negotiation
I’m a new grad (PhD). Below is my number from the offer letter. Any advice to negotiate on LTI and base? I have another offer from austin with base 135 k. The location from Hulu is Santa Monica. Base:122k Sign on :25k LTI:91k 3yr
This is definitely a bad offer for a PhD and on top of that for LA.
What would be a reasonable range?Do you have any idea? Thanks
I don't really know what the reasonable range is for Hulu DS roles. levels.fyi might have some data points on that. I just got a L5 DS offer from Amazon and i knew you were getting lowballed based on that data point
