Select a completely random one. I offer example provided by leetcode to start candidate off. I then mute myself and expect perfect solution in 25 minutes. If they ask for hint I’ll ding the candidate and give them hint from leetcode. I literally can’t solve most of the questions I ask but if candidate claims to raise the bar here and thinks they deserve more salary than me then they fucking better. Leetcode medium doesn’t raise the bar. Anyone can do medium. Even the intern. Edit: You all may think I’m being unfair and feel entitled to 350k TC but Amazon says you must raise the bar… so earn it. Also all you thinking that I have to be able to solve the question are wrong. It is YOU who must raise the bar not me. I’m paid 🥜 in comparison to what you will get offered. My conscience is very clear and I fully believe my process is fair.
Ok take your prize 💩
You are sick dude
Fair enough 😀
You should help manager hire to fire.
Dude that's great for them! Probably none would want to work with u so u made it easier for them 👍
Atleast he is getting hard, you on the other hand 😀
You're doing them a favor by rejecting them from Amazon
You need help
These kind of interviewers (if op is not kidding ) are making things toxic . I never ask hard . Medium is the right ones . Or if you ask hard drive and help candidate to get through and see if they can work around
Lol people used to ask easy ones. Nowadays medium is norm for any companies. Leetcode is available for everyone. At some point, it will become more and more difficult. Former medium level would be regarded as easy ones
Get off your high horse and seek a therapist EDIT: After reading your comments, I think you should get your mental health checked out. I'm genuinely not trying to be mean here but I think you have this mindset of hate towards others for minor injustices and believe making others' lives harder somehow makes it okay.
Coming from Google that’s hilarious. Why are manhole covers round Google? 🧠 didn’t you guys popularize these riddles? Don’t you gloat how high your bar is? Well guess what: my bar is high too.
