What is your preferred working style?
Ignore my health . I am not having any strength. Please suggest me how to start my fitness routine. I am a mother of 2 year old kid also . I need to take care of my family as well. Thanks in advance #burnout
When you say - take care of my family? Do you mean you do house chores (cleaning, cooking, and other daily routines) for the family alongside your job? If so, please get a house help. Things like spending time with your kid, imparting righteous virtues and educating them will require your close effort. Ask your better half to partner and help you in that too and divide the effort. Now coming to the health part - Trust me on this, your loved ones, including your kid, will suffer the most when they will see you with declining health. The best you can do to yourself and then is stay fit. If that requires, taking a step back and not desiring to be the best performer in your job, not actively participating in all office activities that are not so crucial, you should definitely take the step back. Take care of your health, first and foremost. Start slow by cutting loose on white poisons - salt, sugar, maida. Eat a variety of nutritious vegetables in greater quantity, have your proteins in natural form (milk products, soya beans/chunks, non veg in moderation). Cut down on carbs, replace them with healthier alternates like - Millet, Jowar, Bajra, Oats. Start walking/jogging - at least 6KMs a day. Short distance movements don't really help. Do yoga. Gym is a risky choice. For mental well-being, spend time with your kid, partner, family, and practice a hobby or just meditate and remember God in your prayers.
Thanks for your valuable suggestions. I will start slowly.
