Hold on. Do some physical activity like Yoga, Play some sport like TT. Just meditate. 10-15 daily of anything above can help you feel better trust me.

Do the following: 1. Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. 2. Meditate at least 20 minutes everyday. 3. Avoid takeout/eating out. 4. Try Ashwagandha. I had the same inconsistencies because of stress. I followed these for 3 weeks and still do. All good now.

Make a habit of shutting off and going to sleep before 10pm. And have good carbs in dinner. For first few days you won’t get sleep . But believe me after that you will be out before 11:30ish and get up at 5. I have experienced this .
