I guess I feel better

I just keep trying. Try to keep myself occupied and try not to always text my friend whom I like very much. Also see therapist. I was going to go back to psych ward voluntarily, but I didn’t want to hurt her more and be out of job for a few weeks. I also have school on the side, which I want to finish.

Hey dude, I've been there. Other things that helped me in the long term are exercise, frequent talk with family (and tell them how much they mean to you), music, vacation, having something or someone rely on you (I have a dog and became a mentor to a teen at risk) and significant others. These things are all obvious in hindsight but they are trueisms. These are all things a grandparent would say, but I think there is some wisdom in traditions.
