I have been a junior software developer for almost two years. The first year I was at Tata where I was assigned a help desk role. This was a waste of time so I got an actual junior role. I have recruiters who want me to apply for a mid level role but I don’t feel ready. At the same time, I have been a Junior Software Engineer for almost two years. I want to increase my salary and start fresh since I had a bumpy time at my current job due to my lack of experience. Should I interview anyway? #software TC 80k
