I have my RSU from PayPal vested in Etrade. I AM FROM INDIA.SO DO I NEED TO USE INTERNATIONAL WIRE TO RECEIVE MONEY ?

Am not sure, after paying 40 percent tax, brokerage commision and now should i also pay for wiring? How do i get it wired to my local HDFC Bank account?
