This was the most coherent way to pushback on HR and corporate drones. Amazing job backing them up against the wall and publicly sharing it. She is obviously extremely talented. Imagine trying to get out of a sales call with her. Wish her all the best with a lawsuit and a big settlement. Context : watch this 10min long video where she is supposedly fired for performance. https://x.com/smb_attorney/status/1745609324544536778

Damn, cloudflare was one of my actual dream companies 😭
Having a dream company is crazy.
Have your own company. So you can have a dream company! 🕺
I love lamp.
She had the balls to call them out. Can't say that about most leetcoders
They love licking boots as much as leetcode. Look at when a western CEO visits any indian site.
I’d tap that
rajesh?
loser crwd
That smells of layoffs disguised as performance based firings. It's entertaining for us that she recorded it. Maybe keeping it hidden for a while and talking to an attorney might have given her a better standing for severance negotiations.
She’ll sue the company for a few million easy.
I’m sure this will help her land a good high profile lawyer for free. This is a 3-5 million dollar quick settlement. The CEO of cloud flare is in the replies of random tweets trying to do damage control
Dunno. I’m not a fan of this type of self promotion and pity party. Yeah, it sucks to get laid off, but what do you expect? SaaS companies are getting hit hard and FIFO is the usual approach when it comes to laying off the sales dept. I don’t know their pipeline sales expectations, but 4 months in an not close any business, she probably was caught up in shit timing where they just looked at a spreadsheet and saw who hadn’t closed business in the last 3 months but had not started within the last 3. Getting combative with HR in the call only makes those unfortunate people feel like shit who are just delivering the message. I’m sure she’s going to find another role or better yet become an influencer for how to navigate corporate culture.
No she was right. They had no data to back it up and they are hiding behind perf to not give her a proper severance
Or she can probably get sued for recording a conversation without prior permission.
At-will employment, homie. For HR, tears are the sweetest sauce.
Pathetic
Okay simp
