So, I started interviewing for fun but accidentally got couple offers and also have some more interviews in pipeline and not sure what to do, so gathering completely unbiased opinion. Some side notes: - I love my amzn team and it has high visibility and growth area - Google passed HC for L3 so its a done deal, team hasn't matched due to potentially low tc and Google's comp committee is super slow - Oracle is a nice team but sounds like less exciting but its a different area of BE that I want to try out. Furthermost, they are pushing really hard to close so I dont have time to wait and need to give a decision. Cant postpone more, need decision ASAP. Their manager sounds like a nice dude, dont want to accept to just reject couple weeks later - Currently have in pipeline few more *on-sites*: fb (e4/e5), tinder, citadel (nxt and securities) - I am shortly under 2 YOE What would you do in my situation? Location: not BA but Mid/High COL #poorsdelife
don't just take an offer because they're pressuring you. this will define at least a year of your life and your career trajectory. finish the rounds you've scheduled imo
yeah, my concern is that OCI is already here while others are just potential depending on onsite results
tell them to wait, if they really want you they'll wait
TC?
200k its in stay at amzn option
no
May I ask which org are you in?
How many LC did you do? And what was your toughest interview?
0 LC citadel was the toughest so far
How did you solve G coding problems without LC lol. Most of these arenât something you can just intuitively figure out under interview pressure, without having some exposure to the patterns
