He's actually the one who told me about the app. He was a heavy user when he was at his previous company, and he shared some pros and cons about using it. How many other people talk about Blind with their managers or team members? I saw the Airbnb post yesterday that said the company mentions Blind. I can see why company executives would do this, but do managers talk about the app too?
What, google has a problem with free speech? Unbelievable 😉
How did you arrive at that conclusion from OP's post?
By reading the post too quickly and replying some random sentence

I was shopping for new teams to move to, and posted on Intel's blind on a whim. A lot of managers responded. Some of them were open about it, and the others asked me not to mention to anyone that they found me on blind. It is a matter of perspective. I've always been comfortable discussing blind with my coworkers though
My manager is here too. I also introduced Blind to a lot of coworkers. Some already gtfo-ed. I feel proud :D
Where did they gtfo to?
Google, Ms, Amazon, start-ups
So did he share his TC with you?
My manager straight up told me he got less rsus than me.
That’s only half of the TC equation though. There’s so many intricacies to TC here. He could receive refreshers.
I told my team about things I learned from Blind.
