Many offices in SF offer remote positions due to the large commute. You may also be able to find a team in google that will let you work remotely. 120k a year is definitely doable.
Check out x-team. They’re 100% remote, have some interesting travel perks, and pay in that range. Their interview process is easy and straightforward. I got an offer there but then got an amazon offer so went with that. Good luck

Salesforce will do this for you. There is a strong remote culture for engineers. I'm presently working remotely and earning more than double the top end of what you're looking for.

Gtech or MS field. It's overtly political and the quality of talent is low. But it meets what you're looking for. Either wfh or onsite with a customer
Optum is huge on remote and has good compensation, if you can get past weirdness you might feel contributing to the privatized healthcare industry.
You will not find a US company that will pay a US salary for you to move back to your home country and work remote. Sorry. You can find a remote gig pretty easy, but you need to stay in the US.
Get into sales.
Perform. There are several upon several organizations hiring fully remote engineers. Perform and you shouldn't have a problem finding an organization that would be happy with the arrangement.
Place what you've accomplished on your CV/resume. Be able to defend it well. Study algorithms and data structures occasionally to be well groomed for an interview.
