So I found a new role since there was rumours of Synopsys layoffs, as soon as I found a better role and put in my notice there was a 5% global layoff. I could’ve got free money AND a better opportunity 😭😭 (Im sure I would be targeted in layoff) #severance #layoff

Well that works in the US. In the country I am working for, I will have to pay the notice if I don’t intend to serve it. It is one month of salary.
