I would love to work for GitHub, but my rails experience is very out of date, is that why I can’t get a phone screen?

Trying to get on with GitHub, I’ve got 10+ years experience as software engineer, but I can’t seem to get past the resume application stage. I haven’t had the same issue with other companies and am even interviewing with Google for L5. I haven’t done ruby and rails in a good 8 years, is that the blocker? #github #interview
