I140 status after I leave the company
I have a month at my current company and I have opted for premium processing. What will happen in case I leave the company before I get i140 and the i140 is under process? Can I still ask for i140 if it arrives the next day I leave the company? Thanks

I left within a month after i140 arrived, it isn’t revoked

Have to bank on the luck that they won't revoke it. My best guess is, if there are significant number of such employees, they WILL do it
Will be withdrawn. If you don’t stay for 6 months after i140 Approval, they get to revoke it and you lose your priority date.
Do big tech companies actually do this? I have heard the withdrawal process involves significant paperwork and companies don’t bother to do it
Risky to bank on them not doing it
