Let's be honest, asians are way too hyper focused on tech. They aren't overrepresented by accident ๐
Well, we all know that Asians will never buy another IBM product or work for a company that uses IBM products
The market drives efficiency. If you can do the job, it doesn't matter what race you are. All companies have finite resources and unless their hires bring enough value: short term or long term, a more efficient competitor will overtake them. It takes one small downturn to sweep away all inefficiencies.
