IBM Cloud - Appraisal / Bonus / WLB
Hi, I recently joined IBM cloud networking group. I wanted to know when the appraisal cycle happen and how is average annual appraisal for IBM cloud group How about annual bonus? The HM and recruiter told me there are bonuses but not part of TC since it is not fixed How is the WLB? Can you guys share your experiences in the same group or your known bouts? Thanks. IBM bonus is "Growth Driven Profit-Sharing" (GDP). Historically its hasn't paid much and during some years it doesn't pay out at all. Expect a few thousand dollars if you are lucky.

I work for RedHat. They are owned by IBM. have been working here before it was acquired by IBM. As someone who has seen both side , i can confidently say ' anything that IBM touches , turns to shit ' . You might get a great WLB , but there will be too much politics going on. And dont expect salary raises and all.
