IBM has acquired our company and has started to put changes in progress. I just started a month ago, unsure of if I should stay around or start looking. Has anyone experienced an acquisition of this level? What’s my best option at this point?
Are they vesting all your invested RSUs?

Love that movie ... so glad I live it everyday
First rule when your company is acquired- prepare to be fired. So better start LC
You're toast
IBM usually lets the acquired company be itself for about 2 years then you fully get merged in. Most people will leave as it restricts their salary and benefits.
I've also seen people get merged in immediately (verizon managed service 2017 - those folks were super miserable and treated really badly). So I'd be mentally prepared for sooner at least.
The VZ people were miserable before getting acquired. Can't go any lower.
Never heard of Taos. Regardless, prepare to become loyal blue soldiers, or to get laid off.
Even loyal blue soldiers get laid off.
Taos will probably be a huge arm for IBMs newco and I think it will be successful. Hang tight!
It’s the replacement for the hole left by NewCo and it isn’t going well
Run
How did it go OP?
Still in progress. Going through the integration phase.
