If you get an offer for say an office in San Francisco, can you request to work out of an office in LA or San Diego? TC 120k
depends on your team, most people are remote
yes, you can. It all depends on your manager and the team. I also got an offer for the SF office but later, after a year was allowed to relocate to a different state.
Totally, depends on your manager and s/he should be ok given we were always hybrid first company even before it became a thing due to COVID. Plus SD and Sf are in same time zone, so not much of time zone hassle.
I use to share with my big tech friends how hybrid remote is so better for employees and they never understood the benefits. I find it funny when I see them striving hars to be remote now after tasted the benefits of this model.
