IC4 Salary Comparison
Hello all, I recently moved to Bay Area and took internal transfer within Oracle non-oci group. They offered me 156k base + 7500 relocation bonus. I was not given any RSU or sign on bonus since it was internal transfer. I have MS + 11 years of experience. I wanted to understand, is this acceptable salary at Oracle or I am seriously underpaid and need to switch. I appreciate all your inputs.
For 11 yoe, TC should be around 350k
You thinking wrong. There is no TC only base in play here. Until and unless he changes job there is no TC.
It is on the low side. But then I am not surprised because I am well aware of Oracle’s practices. I know of several colleagues who worked at Oracle and very being underpaid. It maybe time for you to switch as Bay Area offers can be pretty good for your experience. Another thing is the yearly raises in most companies amount to nothing which may explain your offer currently.

Oracle is a good company but you need to be smart, otherwise it will seriously lowball you
It's a lowball offer for bayarea.
What do you think would be a good start at my level? I am preparing for interviews but Meanwhile trying to see what is acceptable package. Since salaries vary greatly based on faang or non faang companies.
